About This Kitchen
This kitchen is surely the envy of everyone in the neighborhood. The mostly white design gives off a clean, calm vibe and the custom stone stained hood provides a nice focal point above the 48-inch professional gas range. Additionally, the unique lighting above the oversized island, subtle tones in the backsplash (accented nicely by the undercabinet lighting), the stainless steel appliances and the cabinet hardware provide under the radar texture that really brings the kitchen to life.
Another aspect of this kitchen that we really love is the oversized island in the center of the room. It looks like the perfect space for everything from meal prep and entertaining to family crafts and nightly homework sessions.
And, in case you missed it, across from the range and custom hood is a hidden refrigeration system with custom cabinet fronts that match the rest of the kitchen for a seamless continuation of the sleek design aesthetic of the rest of the kitchen.
All in all, it looks like the perfect place to entertain guests, gather as a family and produce chef-quality meals at home.

Professional Range: Thermador PRG486JDG
The PRG486JDG 48-inch professional gas range features enough cooking horsepower to produce restaurant-quality meals in the comfort of your home. The top consists of a griddle and six high-power burners - one of which is capable of 22,000 BTU output while the other five are capable of 18,000 BTU output. On top of the high output, the burners also feature Thermador’s patented Star® Burner design, which creates a perimeter that is 56-percent longer than a traditional round burner of the same shape and size providing a more even flame spread across the bottom of the pan.
Below the cooking surface are a large 5.7 cubic foot and smaller 2.5 cubic foot oven for a total of 8.2 cubic feet of cooking capacity. The large oven features convection cooking technology, a 30,000 BTU bake element, 17,000 BTU broil element and enough side-to-side space for a commercial sheet pan. The smaller oven’s 15,000 BTU bake element is more than capable of rapid pre-heating.

Custom Ventilation System: Thermador VCIN48JP Hood Insert and VTI1010P Inline Blower
The ventilation system in this kitchen is made up of a hood insert and a separate 1000 CFM in-line blower. This two-piece design is designed to distance the blower motor from the controls, lights and filters in the kitchen to reduce the sound output while in operation. When installed in this way, the only sound the system makes is the airflow going through the baffle filters.
Because of the distance between the insert and the blower, this particular installation also required an extended power supply model EXTNCB25W. The extension cable allows the blower to be installed up to 25 feet from the hood insert.

Microwave Drawer: Thermador MD24JS
The 24-inch microwave drawer used in this kitchen is the perfect solution for anyone looking to conspicuously install a microwave oven in a custom kitchen while maintaining functionality. Built-in microwaves are often clunky and end up taking prime cabinet space. Free-standing microwaves, on the other hand, steal valuable countertop space. Conversely, a drawer microwave has a full extension drawer that can be loaded from the top allowing it to be installed in a lower, less usable cabinet without losing flexibility.

Dishwasher: Thermador DWHD640JPR
This kitchen features a premium Topaz Series dishwasher with the ability to accept a custom cabinet front that blends seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen. Topaz dishwashers feature quiet operation, Chef's Tool Drawer® third rack and specialty cycles for fine china, wine glasses and more.

Built-In Refrigeration System: Thermador T24IR900SP Refrigerator and T24IF900SP Freezer
The built-in refrigeration system consists of all-refrigerator column model T24IR900SP and all-freezer column model T24IF900SP from Thermador’s Freedom® Refrigeration Collection. The pair is installed side-by-side with custom panel fronts to match the rest of the kitchen and each unit features Freedom® Hinges that allow for flush installation.
The combined refrigeration system features a combined capacity of 25.9 cubic feet, ThermaFresh technology that extends food freshness and an extremely cool Open Door Assist function that uses Auto Door Opening technology to open the door with a push or pull allowing for sleek, handle-less designs.
Under-Counter Beverage Center Refrigerator: Marvel MP24BCG4LS
Store food, beverages and wine in this flexible under-counter beverage center refrigerator model MP24BCG4LS from Marvel. The unit features a 5.3 cubic foot capacity capable of storing up to 108 12-ounce cans or 19 bottles of wine. The glass front allows you to easily see what’s inside and the soft-close integrated hinge provides a seamless, zero-clearance installation and smooth gentle close. Last but not least, the unit features a lock on the front that will help you protect your collection from kids or anyone else you’d like to keep out.
